OK....I have been hesitant to recommend a TV Minister, butI really think Joel Osteen is different. You can watch his entire broadcast and he won't ask for money. His topics are definately aimed at personal development from a Christian point of view AND he offers a free podcast or video download (1/2 hour) that you can carry with you on your IPOD or watch online.
